1. Review work orders and prints of locates, routes locates.
2. Determines scope of services to be performed
3. Drives to site of locate
4. Inspects site for hazards
5. Locates and marks underground facilities making sure all hook-ups are accurate
6. Documents locates tickets

PERFORMANCE STANDARS:
1. Precise Underground Marking Corp. sets standards of performance well above
    the industry standards.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

1. Reading comprehension of at least 12th Grade
2. Mapping skills.
3. Ability to communicate effectively by phone, radio and in person in a professional
    manner

JOB INSPECTION:

1. At least 18 years of age
2. Valid driver’s license without restrictions
3. Passing physical examination and drug screen

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Ability to walk distances of greater than one mile
2  Ability to lift/carry objects weighing 25-30 pounds
3. Ability to withstand year-round outdoor exposure
